Hello! We are really looking forward to our spring musical, "A Chorus Line."  As we get further into the production process, it's time to reach out for your help!!

There are several ways you can contribute to the show's success:

1. Feed Hungry Teens

When families provide meals during tech rehearsals, we are much more efficient. Shorter meal times enable us to work faster and hopefully get home earlier. Get more details and sign up here.  (If you can't provide a meal, please consider donating toward the cost of a purchased meal ie: pizza or Subway, etc.  Well-fed kids concentrate better, work faster, and go home sooner!)

2. Support the **Virtual** Annual Spring Fundraiser

This is our only fundraiser of the year and the only way we get money for the program outside of ticket sales.  This year, instead of doing a special benefit performance, we've partnered with Snap! Raise for a virtual fundraiser.  Click here to make your tax deductible donation.  Please share this link with friends and family far and wide!!

3. Help With Set Build, Props, etc.

We always need help building, painting, organizing, etc. If you are available to help during build weekends: March 10/11, 17/18, 24/25, we'll be there 10am-4pm.  Come by any time!

4. Concessions - Donate Items and/or Work the Booth

We need donations of bottled water, sodas, baked goods, candy bars, etc. for the concession stand.  We also need folks to sell concessions each night. Get more details and sign up here.

5. Spread the Word and Help Us Fill the Audience!

For every show we distribute posters to local businesses and the cast and crew purchase t-shirts to advertise the show.  Emails always go out to West Seattle Herald and West Seattle Blog.  We'd love your help promoting the show and helping us fill the audience every night!

  • Rehearsal Times starting the week of March 12, rehearsals will extend past the dinner hour. As we get closer to opening night, rehearsals will be longer and students will be home later. We work hard to get them home as soon as we can every day.  That said, it is very important that we are prepared for performances in a few weeks.  No matter how you cut it, preparation is time consuming. Please know that I want your kids to do well in school and I want them to get sleep - and - theatre is a commitment, and March is an investment. Please bear with us for a few weeks. We have very high standards and put out quality, but this takes time and effort and trust.
